Fees are set in terms of gold, with conversion to US dollars
made using the moving average of the last 200 days gold prices, as reported

Kitco.com , updated (approximately) monthly.
The current prices are calculated using a cost of

US Dollars per ounce of gold, and then rounded up to the
nearest $5.00.
Coaching and Single issue planning are
