Yoga

Benefits:
The regular practice of Yoga helps with balance, mobility, flexibility and strength.
Yoga slows and reverses some of the aging process, aligns body and mind, and supports health and happiness.

Craig has practiced Yoga, and related movement disciplines, for at least forty years.
Having recently completed the Yoga Alliance 200 hour Yoga Teachers’ Training, Craig now offers Hatha Yoga classes. See the calendar at Sacred Spaces Yoga Studo. for his scheduled classes.

Yoga classes are mostly Hatha yoga, with bits of Craig’s other movement practices added for seasoning.
